Refund policy
We have a strict 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy is designed to protect both OBEYEBO, LLC and our customers, ensuring a fair and transparent process that provides clear guidelines for both parties.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase, such as a copy of the confirmation email, included in the return package.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. OBEYEBO, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at info@obeyebo.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@obeyebo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. It is your responsibility to report any issues within a reasonable timeframe so that we can assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way after delivery.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or modification from their original state.
- Items not returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity intact.
OBEYEBO, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet these criteria.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first return the product in compliance with our return conditions. Once the return is accepted, we will promptly send a replacement.
For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item, and we will refund the original purchase once the return is processed. This approach ensures you receive your desired product quickly and efficiently.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
